The George Lucas Talk Show 2022 Tour

Inspired by the poster for American Graffiti. I tried to pack as many references to The George Lucas Talk Show as I could. It even includes references from their show in LA. (Which was less than a week before we had to send the poster to the printers!)

I drew the poster in Procreate and did typography and some clean up in Photoshop.

The George Lucas Talk Show in LA 2022

It was a cathartic joy to make this poster.

This was the first live show after GLTS' Planet Scum era. Naturally, I included a graffitied version of the PS logo. I also snuck in a few friends from the GLTS era of the show including Grogizmo, Butter Girl, and Wat. Given that it was a show the boys had to travel to LA for, I drew inspiration from the painting Lucasfilm released when they moved from LA to SF.

I drew the poster in Procreate using various brushes.

The George Lucas Talk Show: Streaming Edition

To celebrate the launch of The George Lucas Talk Show: Streaming Edition in 2020, Connor Ratliff (who plays "George") commissioned me to design a new poster for the show. As a long time fan of his work (and the work of George Lucas) I was ecstatic to have the opportunity.

The layout is inspired by the iconic poster Drew Struzan created for the special edition rerelease of Star Wars: Episode IV: A New Hope.

In addition, to give the GLTS guys the ability to vary their social posts, I also created a "Day Mode" version of the poster.

Talk-A-Doodle-Yule

Talk-A-Doodle-Yule was Connor Ratliff's Christmas follow-up to Talk-A-Doodle-Doo!
It was at UCB Hell's Kitchen on December 9, 2019.
